How do I book a service?

We're a little old school. We accept bookings via text messages or by phone calls! Reach out to me any time at (289) 834-4306 and we will be happy to set up your complimentary meet and greet.

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

We require at least 24-hours notice for cancellations or appointment rescheduling. If it's less than 24-hours cancellation, we will have to charge in full for the requested services.

Yes, we are fully insured through TD Insurance.

Would you still walk my dog if they have some behavioural issues?

Accepted Answer

That is usually not a problem but we do evaluate based on a case-by-case scenario as we want to ensure the safety of both your dog and us. If your dog has any behavioural or leash aggression issues, we will walk them separately and avoid any other dog and/or people introductions. We would also take steps to avoid high traffic, crowded and any other triggers that the dog may have.

What are the safety protocols that you have in place?

We are committed to prioritizing safety and well-being of your pets. We have in place a list of safety protocols:Limited Bookings: We limit the amount of dogs we walk at a time to ensure handling ability, lower the chances of dog conflicts and increase the amount of attention given to each dog.
Leash Walking: Dogs are always secured by leash (and with harness if requested) for increased supervision and to prevent conflicts.
Behavioural Expertise: We are trained to recognize dogs' behavioural traits and detect any changes and/or triggers for stress and/or discomfort. 
First Aid & CPR: We are fully trained with dog and cat first aid training and CPR to be ready to respond to any emergencies.
Safe Transportation: Dogs are secured with their own seat belt to ensure their safety during transit.
Safe Routes: We try to plan routes that avoid high traffic areas, crowds, tall grass and debris.

What happens in an emergency situation?

We will notify you immediately. Depending on the severity of the situation, we will take your dog/cat to the nearest veterinarian or the veterinarian that you have provided us. I am also trained in First Aid Training and CPR for dogs and cats with Red Cross, so I will be able to provide immediate care.

Do you have an intake form that I need to complete?

Yes, we do! We typically provide it during the complimentary meet and greet but you can find a pdf copy below. We do require you to have it completed and returned prior to the first requested service date.
